Currently there are 30 guys in The Ivy Group.  All uniquely qualified to help SPARX to the next level.  I am hoping that, somewhere in there, is somewhere between 1 and 10 guys interested in making that IMPACT PLAY and investing in SPARX.

From one guy, I am seeking $1,000,000 for a 40% stake in SPARX.

I may find 10 guys willing to invest $100,000 each for a 4% stake in SPARX.

Maybe I will get fancy and get one investor from each of the 8 Ivy Teams.  Each of the 8 would invest $125,000 for a 5% stake in SPARX.

I believe Ivy Leaguers will make for great investors in SPARX.  Especially this Ivy Group.  Many are customers who can appreciate the value of my product.

The Ivy Group will concentrate mainly on bringing all Ivy League schools on board, getting as many Ivy Football games as possible, and contacting as many Ivy players as possible and informing them about the opportunity for them to see their game films.  It is also hoped, that SPARX will find it's monetary investor, or investors, from within this group.  Ivy leaguers have long been great customers of SPARX and it is believed they will make for great consortium members and great investors in order to help take SPARX to the next level.
